At EventDarke, we strive to make your event registration experience as smooth as possible. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair regarding cancellations and refunds for your event registrations.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Event Cancellation by Organizer: If an event is cancelled by EventDarke for any reason, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. You will be notified via email about the cancellation and refund process.
  • Attendee Withdrawal - Timely Request: For most events, a full refund may be issued if you cancel your registration at least **7 days prior** to the event's scheduled date. This allows us time to manage attendance limits and allocate spots.
  • Attendee Withdrawal - Late Request: If you cancel your registration less than 7 days prior to the event, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, often considering the reason for cancellation. Partial refunds or credits for future events may be offered.
  • Proof of Payment Discrepancies: If your proof of payment cannot be verified or has discrepancies, your registration may be rejected, and a refund will be processed if payment was indeed made and validated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Generally, refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend the event and have not formally cancelled your registration prior to the event date.
  • Event Has Passed: After the event date has occurred.
  • Full Quota Events: For events that are listed as "Quota Full" or "Event Ended" on the registration page, typically no new registrations are accepted, and therefore no refunds for such states.
  • Promotional or Free Events: Registration for free events or events part of a special promotion where no payment was required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
  • Include your full name, the event name, the date of your registration, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Please attach any relevant proof of payment or registration confirmation.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during registration.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
